DAJANA 1122 Terms and Conditions. This is a contract between us and our members, clients, and customers. Information and services available to Dajana, and clients, members and customers must follow these rules.
Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allows:
- Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
- Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
- Explain copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
- Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
- Disable user accounts.
- Write down any other terms or conditions that protect us or your audience.
Return and Refund Policy
Return and Refund Policy to buyers.
Our Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
- Terms of return (After 1 day of purchase on items in person and online store. Classes and Coaching after 30 days of sessions)
- State of return (broken, missing items on handmade crafts only, class & session termination due to communication discrepancies or missed appointments & sessions. Clients can only reschedule missed appointments, and no contact or no show sessions 2 times, before termination of contract. Dajana1122 LLC has the right to refuse services at anytime during a contract. )
- Reason for return (Damaged or wrong product)
- Process for return (Contact us Support@dajana1122.com)
- Process of refund (Customer must pay for return shipping. Monetary refunds should return to your account depending on your bank)
