DAJANA 1122 Terms and Conditions. This is a contract between us and our members, clients, and customers. Information and services available to Dajana, and clients, members and customers must follow these rules.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allows:

Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
Explain copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
Disable user accounts.

Our Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

Terms of return (After 1 day of purchase on items in person and online store. Classes and Coaching after 30 days of sessions)
State of return (broken, missing items on handmade crafts only, class & session termination due to communication discrepancies or missed appointments & sessions. Clients can only reschedule missed appointments, and no contact or no show sessions 2 times, before termination of contract. Dajana1122 LLC has the right to refuse services at anytime during a contract. )
