I grew up in a narcissistic family dynamic where I was treated like the black sheep — misunderstood, blamed, and emotionally isolated. I spent decades of my life trying to earn love and approval by being a people pleaser, someone who constantly gave to others while shrinking my own needs. I didn’t know what healthy boundaries looked like, because I was never taught that I had the right to have any.

I assumed everyone operated from kindness and fairness, because that’s how I treated others. But that assumption led to a cycle of betrayal, manipulation, and emotional abuse — not just from family, but also from friends, partners, and even mentors. The very people I looked up to and trusted often turned out to be the ones who hurt me the most.

After over 40 years of experiencing narcissistic abuse, something within me shifted. I realized that the love, validation, and worth I had been seeking from others could only be found by going inward. I stopped chasing approval and started choosing myself. It was not easy — but it was necessary.

Through deep spiritual work, energy healing, body movement, journaling, meditation, and reclaiming my voice, I began to break free. Every tool, every practice that you now see on my website — these are the exact tools I used to heal myself, step by step, from the inside out.

I started my business because I made a soul promise to myself: that I would not let my pain be in vain. I would teach as many people as possible about this insidious form of abuse that too many silently suffer through. Narcissistic abuse can make you feel like you’re crazy, like you’re the problem — but I’m here to tell you, you’re not.
